眼外伤对眼的破坏性极大,是致盲的主要原因之一,现将我院1967年1月至1979年6月的573例住院患者加以统计分析。 一、眼外伤的一般发生规律: 1.发生率:十二年半期间,我科共收住院患者3040人,眼外伤占815人(26.81％),其中临床资料较全的计573人(18.85％),较从前国内报告稍高。本文以农村患者发病率最高,占401例(70％),与从前报告皆不一致。 2.各种眼外伤的发生率:按致伤原因分为机械性、炸伤、化学伤和热烧伤四大类。机械性又分为单纯性穿透伤300例、有异物穿透伤145例、挫伤51例,炸伤70例,化学性
