研究了环境温度变化(温差)对带骨架(绕纤盘)光纤环损耗的影响。通过建立绕纤盘和光纤环的三维模型和有限元模型,仿真计算了温差对带骨架光纤环应变的影响,得到了环境温差越大,绕纤盘形变越大,光纤环损耗也越大的结论。基于以上分析,提出了三种解决方案,并着重介绍了一种采用可拆卸式绕纤盘制作无骨架光纤环的方案。试验证明该方案切实可行,较好地解决了因温差造成带骨架光纤环损耗增加的问题。这一研究工作对提高光纤环在工程中的使用性能具有一定的指导意义。
The influence of environmental temperature change (temperature difference) on the loss of fiber ring with skeleton (fiber winding) was studied. Through the establishment of the three-dimensional model and the finite element model of the fiber optic and fiber optic rings, the influence of the temperature difference on the strain of the fiber optic ring with the skeleton is simulated. The larger the temperature difference is, the larger the fiber deformation and the larger the fiber ring loss in conclusion. Based on the above analysis, three solutions are proposed, and a scheme of making a skeletonless optical fiber ring by using a detachable fiber winding disk is emphatically introduced. The experiment proves that the scheme is feasible and solves the problem that the optical fiber ring with fiber skeleton loss increases due to temperature difference. This research work to improve the optical fiber ring in the performance of the project has a certain significance.
