地质灾害防治工程是我国工程建设领域的一个新类别。由于地质灾害防治工程没有定额及计量规则等,致使其造价管理存在许多问题。根据地质灾害防治工程特点编制专用定额,制定工程量计量规则,有利于规范地质灾害防治工程计价行为,提高造价管理水平。
