目的 为探讨白细胞分化抗原变异型 (CD44v6 )和上皮型钙粘蛋白 (E cadherin ,E cd)基因在评估肺癌生物学行为及预后中的作用。方法 采用免疫组织化学SP法对 46例肺癌和 1 5例癌旁组织中CD44v6和E cd的表达进行研究。结果 CD44v6主要表达于非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC) ,与其临床分期、淋巴结转移呈正相关 (P <0 0 1、0 0 5 ) ;E cd在肺癌组织中的阳性表达率显著低于癌旁组织 (P <0 0 1 ) ,且与肺癌TNM分期、病理分级及淋巴结转移呈负相关 (P <0 0 5、0 0 1、0 0 5 ) ;CD44v6和E cd在NSCLC中表达显著相关 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 CD44v6和E cd基因对评估肺癌进展及判断预后具有一定价值。
Objective To investigate the role of leukocyte differentiation antigen variant (CD44v6) and E-cadherin (E-cd) genes in the evaluation of lung cancer biological behavior and prognosis. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to study the expression of CD44v6 and E cd in 46 cases of lung cancer and 15 cases of adjacent tissues. Results CD44v6 was mainly expressed in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and was positively correlated with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P < 0.01, 0.05). The positive expression rate of ECD in lung cancer tissues was significantly lower than that of paracancerous tissues. P <0 0 1), and negatively correlated with TNM staging, pathological grade and lymph node metastasis of lung cancer (P <0 0 5, 0 01, 0 05); CD44v6 and E cd were significantly correlated in NSCLC (P < 0 0 5 ). Conclusion The CD44v6 and Ecd genes are valuable for assessing the progression of lung cancer and judging the prognosis.
