绍兴市档案登记备份中心积极开展涉民电子业务档案(数据)登记备份工作,逐年有计划地扩面推进,并不断升级登记备份系统功能,构建电子业务档案(数据)登记备份云平台,实施登记备份信息系统3级安全保护等措施,但实践中发现,在当今浩瀚的民生大数据面前,登记备份还有许多局限性。本文对工作中存在问题进行阐述,并提出改进涉民电子业务档案(数据)登记备份工作的对策与建议。
Shaoxing City Archives Registration and Backup Center actively carries out the registration and backup of archives (data) of the involved people in the country and plans to expand its work progressively every year. It also upgrades the functions of the registration backup system and builds the registration backup cloud platform of electronic business records (data), and implements the registration Backup information system level 3 security measures, but in practice found that in the vast livelihood of today’s big data, registration and backup there are many limitations. This article elaborates on the existing problems in work and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the registration and backup of file (data) files related to the people’s electronics.
