2013年教育部印发的《中小学书法教育指导纲要》正式将书法教育纳入国民教育体系。从汉字的构造与书写来说,书法教育对于汉语文化的习得以及良好素养的养成意义重大。[1]《义务教育语文课程标准(2011版)》中的“课程目标与内容”明确提出:第二、第三学段学生要能用毛笔书写楷书,在书写中体会汉字的优美。中小学书法教育、中小学语文教学需要在重建中华优秀文化传承体系中紧密配合、互为促进。[2]西泠印社版《义务教育三至六年级书法练习指导》(实验)教材是以《教育部关于中小学开展书法教育的意见》精神为指导,以教育部《中小学书法教育指导纲要》为依据编写的。随着《中小学书法教育指导纲要》
