为了促进春小麦航天诱变育种和体细胞无性系变异育种,以航天搭载的小麦纯系种子00-0387、01-0089、02-0174及其相应对照的幼穗、幼胚为外植体进行组织培养,调查了诱变频率、分化频率和S1的农艺性状。结果表明:航天处理及其相应对照的幼穗、幼胚诱导率均在98%以上,差异不显著。航天处理3份幼穗、幼胚的平均分化率均低于相应对照,而且品种间存在基因型差异。组织培养和航天加组织培养对S1农艺性状有不同程度的影响,航天加组培尤为明显。
In order to promote the mutation breeding of spring wheat and mutation breeding of somatic clones, the pure embryos of wheat lines 00-0387,01-0089,02-0174 and its corresponding control young sprouts and immature embryos were used as explants The mutagenic frequency, differentiation frequency and agronomic traits of S1 were investigated.
