Ca2+和S3307(烯效唑)的协同作用可降低低温胁迫下冬小麦的电解质渗出率和MDA(丙二醛)含量,提高了SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)的活性,使冬小麦的穗粒数、千粒重增加,与对照相比产量可提高12%。且Ca2+和S3307的同时使用效果好于Ca2+或S3307的单独使用效果。
The synergistic effect of Ca2 + and S3307 reduced the exudation rate of electrolyte and MDA (malondialdehyde) content of winter wheat under low temperature stress and increased the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) , 1000-grain weight increase, compared with the control yield increased by 12%. And the simultaneous use effect of Ca2 + and S3307 is better than that of Ca2 + or S3307 alone.
