“带自适应控制的分段线性插值法”作为一种简单、控制精确度高的控制方式,适用于一些控制精度要求较高,而设备自身又不带闭环反馈控制系统的控制对象。料流调节阀控制一直是高炉无料钟炉顶系统的控制重点、难点之一,在以往的高炉控制系统中虽然采用了多种方式对料流调节阀进行控制,但大部分效果却不尽人意。本文作者总结了多年相关方面的控制经验,在国内某大型高炉的无料钟炉顶系统控制中,采用了“带自适应控制的分段线性插值法”对料流调节阀进行控制,初步取得了较好的结果。
