用分光光度法研究牛磺酸与对苯醌的荷移反应。实验表明,牛磺酸与对苯醌在pH 8.5的三酸缓冲溶液中,90℃水浴加热20m in,可生成稳定的荷移络合物。荷移络合物的组成比为2∶1,最大吸收波长λm ax=339nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=5.9×104L/m o.lcm,在4—180μg/mL的范围内符合比耳定律,回收率在96.1%—101.8%的范围内,相对标准偏差不大于3.0%。应用本法测定牛磺酸药物制剂的含量,可得到满意结果。
Study on the Charge Transfer Reaction of Taurine and Parabenone by Spectrophotometry. Experiments show that taurine and p-benzoquinone in pH 8.5 three acid buffer solution, 90 ℃ water bath heated 20m in, can generate a stable charge-transfer complex. The composition ratio of charge-transfer complex was 2:1, the maximum absorption wavelength λm ax = 339nm, the apparent molar absorptivity ε = 5.9 × 104L / m o.lcm, and Beer’s law was in the range of 4-180μg / mL , The recovery rate was in the range of 96.1% -101.8%, and the relative standard deviation was no more than 3.0%. Application of this method to determine the content of taurine pharmaceutical preparations, satisfactory results can be obtained.
