过去的1997年是汾酒发展史上为二次创业扎实工作、取得佳绩的一年。但在日益激烈的市场竞争中,我们和其他兄弟名白酒厂一样,遇到了严峻的挑战和考验。面对新的形势,新领导班子审时度势、科学决策、充分发挥汾酒、竹叶青酒的名牌优势、质量优势和规模优势,制定了“酒业为本、市场导向、品牌经营、内涵发展”的企业总体发展战略和营销战略,全面实施了“名牌战略和管理效益工程。”以专业化、集约化为突破口,以市场营销为龙头进行市场化导向的管理体制改革,以品牌为核心进行科技的生产和经营管理。对内把“强化管理,降低消耗,堵塞漏洞,增加效益”的方针落到实处,保持了汾酒(集团)公司稳步发展、再创辉煌的好势头。预计1997年销售名酒1.45万吨,汾酒系列产品1.65万吨,销售收入近7亿元,实现利税总额1.6亿元,其中:利润6600万元,继续居山西省工业企业利税前列。

Internally, the principle of “strengthening management, reducing consumption, plugging loopholes, and increasing profits” was implemented, and the good momentum of steady development and rejuvenation of Fenjiu (Group) Company was maintained. It is estimated that in 1997, it will sell 14,500 tons of fine wines, 165,000 tons of alcoholic beverages, and nearly 700 million yuan in sales revenue. The total profit and tax will be 160 million yuan, of which, the profit will be 66 million yuan, which will continue to rank among the top profits for industrial enterprises in Shanxi Province.
