学生党员是高校中的优秀群体、学生骨干,也是社会主义事业建设的中坚力量。而当代学生党员成长于社会转型期,历史背景与过去大不相同,入党动机不纯、理论知识匮乏及党员意识薄弱等问题日益凸显。如何使学生党员创造性地发挥先锋模范作用、强化服务意识、提升服务能力,夯实基层服务型党组织,是高校党建和思想政治教育的重要课题。
Student party members are the outstanding groups in colleges and universities, the backbone of students, but also the backbone of the socialist cause. The contemporary student party members grow up in the social transitional period, the historical background is very different from the past, the motivation to join the party is not pure, the theoretical knowledge is lacking and the awareness of party members is becoming increasingly prominent. How to enable student party members to creatively play the vanguard and exemplary role, strengthen service awareness, enhance service capabilities and consolidate grass-roots service-oriented party organizations are the important topics for party building and ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
