采用质谱技术检测类风湿关节炎患者的生理指标,对患者体内疾病相关化合物的鉴定,能够真实、快速、特异的反映患者体内代谢产物的变化,进而达到类风湿关节炎早期诊断的目的。本文系统论述质谱技术在类风湿关节炎诊断的国内外研究现状,在此基础上分析该技术应用于临床诊断面临的几个主要问题。最后评价了质谱技术在未来类风湿关节炎医学研究的应用价值,并对质谱技术在临床诊断中的应用前景进行了展望。
MS detection of patients with rheumatoid arthritis physiological indicators, the identification of patients with disease-related compounds can be true, rapid and specific changes in patients with metabolites, and thus achieve the purpose of early diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis. This article systematically discusses the status quo of mass spectrometry in the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis at home and abroad, based on this analysis of the technology used in clinical diagnosis of several major problems. Finally, the application value of mass spectrometry in future medical research of rheumatoid arthritis was evaluated, and the prospect of mass spectrometry applied in clinical diagnosis was prospected.
