我校的前身是习刚中学,1981年改为第四中学,1985年改为回民中学。近几年来,由于加强了教育教学管理,积极办好初中、提高高中,连续六年使初中教学质量居全县首位,高中居全县第二。 我们在抓初中教学工作中的粗浅体会是: 一、提高认识,端正办学指导思想,制订备斗目标和总体规划。 我校建校时间短,师资,设备一般,生源主要来自习刚乡农村,初中录取分数线比重点中学低2—3个分数段。在贺兰县属于二类中学。这几年我们认识到初中教育在中学阶段承前启后的重要地位和对完成普及九年义务教育的重要作用,进一步端正办学指导思想。提出了“加强初中、提高高中,首先办好初中、打好基础,抓好关键,培养能力,发展智力”的奋斗口号、确定了每学年教学工作的奋斗目标和具体指标。
The predecessor of the school was Xigang Middle School. In 1981, it was changed to the fourth middle school. In 1985, it changed to Huimin Middle School. In recent years, due to the strengthening of education and teaching management, we have actively managed well junior high schools and high schools. We have made the quality of junior middle school teaching the highest in the county for six consecutive years, and the high school ranks second in the county. We have learned a lot from the junior middle school teaching work: 1. Raising awareness, correcting the guiding ideology of running a school, and formulating preparation goals and overall plans. Our school has a short time of establishment, teachers, and equipment. Its students mainly come from Xigang Township, and junior high school admission scores are 2-3 score points lower than key middle schools. Helan County is a secondary school. In the past few years, we have realized the importance of junior secondary education in the secondary school and its important role in completing the universal nine-year compulsory education, and further correct the guiding ideology of running a school. The slogan of “strengthening junior high schools, raising senior high schools, first running junior high schools, laying a good foundation, grasping key points, cultivating ability, and developing intelligence” has been proposed, and the goals and specific targets of teaching work for each academic year have been determined.
