在国际性的企业结构调整中,出现了两种有代表性的发展趋势:一种是跨行业多元化,增强企业的市场应变能力,做大企业;一种是立足回归核心业务,集中力量在核心业务上创领先地位,做强企业。两种战略都是对技术发展及市场变化的适应性调整,是对外部环境及内部资源变化的综合反映。但无论采取何种发展战略,都必须处理好做强与做大的关系。只有这样,才能使企业真正走向成功。
