基于三轴磁传感器的随钻测量系统在煤矿水平定向钻井工程中广泛使用,三轴磁传感器的误差会影响随钻测量系统绘制钻孔轨迹的精度。为了校正误差,建立三轴磁传感器的误差模型,提出基于椭球和平面拟合的校正算法。实验结果表明随钻测量系统经校正后,方位角的精度达到0.5°以内。
The measurement-while-drilling system based on three-axis magnetic sensors is widely used in horizontal directional drilling projects in coal mines. The error of three-axis magnetic sensors will affect the accuracy of drilling trajectories of the measurement-while-drilling system. In order to correct the error, the error model of the three-axis magnetic sensor is established and the correction algorithm based on the ellipsoid and plane fitting is proposed. The experimental results show that the azimuth accuracy is within 0.5 ° after the measurement while drilling system is calibrated.
