研究了丁二烯/过氧化氢/乙醇体系的光化聚合反应。首次采用有机光敏剂作为助引发剂,提高了聚合速率。同时考察了单体浓度、引发剂浓度和反应时间对单体转化率及反应速率的影响。产物为液态物质,其羟基官能度为2.0~2.4。表征结果说明聚合产物为端羟基液体聚丁二烯。
The photopolymerization of butadiene / hydrogen peroxide / ethanol system was studied. For the first time, organic photosensitizers were used as co-initiators to increase the polymerization rate. The effects of monomer concentration, initiator concentration and reaction time on the monomer conversion and reaction rate were also investigated. The product is a liquid material with a hydroxyl functionality of 2.0 to 2.4. Characterization results show that the polymerization product is hydroxy-terminated liquid polybutadiene.
