试验设计了一种能够对多个样品同时进行厌氧发酵的简易装置,为评估试验装置性能,以ND608、ND627、ND691、先玉335、高油5580和大刍草的秸秆为原料进行批量厌氧发酵试验。结果表明:1)本试验装置容易获得厌氧环境,37℃恒温条件下,厌氧反应的启动较快,装样10h后,有明显的气泡产生。反应40d后,厌氧发酵反应终止。2)CH4体积分数为64.09%~65.55%,CO2体积分数为28.80%~31.60%;其中大刍草(291.05mL/g)和高油5580(281.67mL/g)的CH4单位产气量较高。由此可见:本试验设计的发酵装置能够满足目前厌氧发酵反应的要求,符合对多个玉米秸秆样品同时评估的要求。
A simple device capable of anaerobic fermentation of multiple samples at the same time was designed and tested. To evaluate the performance of the test device, batch tests of ND608, ND627, ND691, Xiangyu355, Oxygen fermentation test. The results showed as follows: 1) The anaerobic environment was easily obtained in this test device. Under the condition of 37 ℃ constant temperature, the anaerobic reaction started rapidly. After loading for 10h, obvious bubble generation occurred. After 40 days of reaction, anaerobic fermentation was terminated. 2) The volume fraction of CH4 was 64.09% -65.55% and the volume fraction of CO2 was 28.80% -31.60%. Among them, the production of CH4 per unit of genus Typhina (291.05mL / g) and high oil 5580 (281.67mL / g) was higher. Thus, the fermentation device designed in this experiment can meet the requirements of the current anaerobic fermentation reaction and meet the requirements of simultaneously evaluating a plurality of corn stalk samples.
