财务管理在企业生存和发展中扮演着一个重要的角色,但是我国企业财务管理中仍存在很多问题,使得企业资金使用效率不高,严重制约了企业的向前发展。因此,加强企业财务管理是企业稳定发展的关键。本文就现代企业财务管理中存在的一些问题以及相应的对策进行阐述。
Financial management plays an important role in the survival and development of enterprises. However, there are still many problems in the management of enterprises in our country, which makes the use of funds less efficient and seriously restricts the development of enterprises. Therefore, strengthening enterprise financial management is the key to the stable development of enterprises. This article elaborates some problems existing in modern enterprise financial management and corresponding countermeasures.
