21世纪各国之间的竞争说到底是人才的竞争,“以人为本”的管理思想已然深入人心。在此种新的历史条件下,我国交通行业人力资源的开发与管理已经成为一个迫切需要研究的课题。本文首先介绍了交通行业人力资源的概念与重要性,然后指出了我国交通行业人力资源开发与管理工作中主要存在的几个问题,并接着提出了强化我国交通行业人力资源开发与管理工作的几种有效途径,希望能对我国交通行业的发展提供一些帮助。
In the final analysis, the competition among nations in the 21st century is talent competition. The management idea of “people-oriented” is already well-established. Under such new historical conditions, the development and management of human resources in the transportation industry in our country have become an urgent issue to be studied. This paper first introduces the concept and importance of human resources in the transportation industry, and then points out several problems that exist in the development and management of human resources in the transportation industry in our country. Then it puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the development and management of human resources in the transportation industry Kind of effective way, hoping to provide some help for the development of China’s transportation industry.
