錐孔可用如图所示的特制鏜杆加工。这种鏜杆上裝有一个用撥杆导向的滑动刀夹,可在臥式鏜床上加工大型工件。使用这种鏜杆加工錐孔比用錐孔铰刀为佳,因为錐孔鉸刀往往不能精确地加工出特殊工件的錐孔尺寸。
Taper hole can be used as shown in the special boring bar processing. This boring bar is fitted with a lever-guided sliding tool holder for machining large workpieces on a horizontal boring machine. It is better to use this boring bar to machine taper than taper reamer, because taper reamer often can not accurately machine the taper size of special workpiece.
