咏物联,在于托物言志。通过咏物表意言情,提示哲理,具有理趣美。未沸扬时原腆静;大跌落后转从容。这是一副“瀑布”联。从山间流淌、岩前跌落到汇入清潭,瀑布经历了平缓、湍急、跌落再到宁静的过程。“腆静”“从容”是人所特有的情感,撰联者借以描摹瀑布形成前后的水流状态,移情于物,生动传神。下面是两副咏桥联:才几步,难明深浅事;未回头,已是过来人。此联道出不经意间匆匆过桥就成过来人的独特体验,不拘泥桥本身,而是独辟蹊径,别具一格。吾体甘于足下面;
