昂丹西酮鼻腔原位凝胶基质设计与优化

目的 对昂丹西酮鼻腔原位凝胶的基质进行优选,为研究昂丹西酮鼻用制剂奠定基础。方法 分别选用泊洛沙姆407(P407)、泊洛沙姆188(P188)、卡波姆934、甘油为基质,以鼻腔温度35℃为试验温度,检测凝胶温度,筛选出最佳基质组成。结果 优化的最佳处方组成为P407浓度为18%、P188浓度为5%、卡波姆浓度为0.5%、甘油浓度为10%,此基质在鼻腔温度下可以迅速发生胶凝。结论 该处方选择P407-P188-卡波姆-甘油为昂丹西酮鼻腔原位凝胶的基质。
