本文评价了以浮置微电极技术记录家兔在体心脏心室肌细胞跨膜电位(TMP)的方法。从正常心肌听测得的静息电位和动作电位分别为-82.29±4.99mV和108.71±3.96mV。动作电位时程和心率是相关的。动作电位振幅随静息电位的大小而变化。这些结果与文献所载的离体心肌的数据是一致的。此外,还观察了缺血与迷走刺激所引起的TMP的变化,其结果与离体心肌的变化是相当的。以上结果说明,以浮置式微电极技术记录在体心脏心肌细胞跨膜电位是可靠的。
This article evaluates the method of recording the transmembrane potential (TMP) of rabbit ventricular myocytes by floating microelectrode technique. Resting and action potentials measured from normal myocardium were -82.29 ± 4.99 mV and 108.71 ± 3.96 mV, respectively. Action potential duration and heart rate are related. The amplitude of the action potential varies with the magnitude of the resting potential. These results are consistent with the data published in the literature of isolated myocardium. In addition, changes in TMP caused by ischemia and vagus stimulation were also observed, and the results were comparable to changes in isolated myocardium. The above results indicate that it is reliable to record the transmembrane potential of cardiomyocytes in vivo using the floating microelectrode technique.
