目的:本文评价干扰素α-2b(IFNα-2b)在青光眼滤过性手术中抗纤维化治疗的作用。方法:用MTT法检测它对体外培养的人眼Tenon囊成纤维细胞的抑制作用,并与5-氟脲嘧啶(5-FU)、高三尖杉酯碱(H.H)和丝裂霉素C(MMC)的抑制作用进行对比。结果:IFNα-2b、5-FU、H.H和MMC作用于成纤维细胞48小时的半数有效抑制量IC_(50)值分别为60.578mg/L、5.447mg/L、0.531mg/L和1.329mg/L。结论:IFNα-2b对成纤维细胞的生长具有抑制作用,但远不及抗代谢药物强。干扰素对伤口愈合多环节抑制的其他作用机制有待进一步探讨。眼科学报1998;14:195~198。
PURPOSE: This article evaluates the role of interferon alpha-2b (IFNα-2b) in antifibrotic therapy in glaucoma filtration surgery. Methods: MTT assay was used to detect the inhibitory effect of 5-fluorouracil (5-FU), homoharringtonine (HH) and mitomycin C MMC) inhibition compared. Results: The median effective inhibitory (IC50) values of IFNα-2b, 5-FU, HH and MMC on fibroblasts for 48 hours were 60.578mg / L, 5.447mg / L, 0.531mg / L and 1.329mg / L. Conclusion: IFNα-2b has an inhibitory effect on the growth of fibroblasts, but far less than anti-metabolism drugs. Interferon on wound healing multi-link inhibition of the other mechanisms need further study. Journal of Ophthalmology 1998; 14: 195 ~ 198.
