黑龙江省交通科研所领导重视交通标准化工作,于1990年底建立了省交通系统第一个标准化专门机构——标准化室,并拨出标准化专项经费,配备了专职标准化人员。该室成立后,购置和收集了数百册标准化图书,两千多项国家标准、行业标准,三百多项企业管理标准、工作标准;主持制定了《汽车大修竣工整车质量评定方法》、《汽车发动机大修竣工质量评定方法》、《进口汽车大修竣工质量评定方法》等三项省标,前两项获省交通厅科技进步二等奖;收集了与标准化工作有关的文件、法规、讲话和标准,从中编辑了《公路交通行业标
