一、 前言 滴控式气体渗碳从59年在瑞士首次被应用以来,目前在世界上日益普遍。日本从67年引进此项技术和有关资料,经过进一步研制,现已成功的应用于井式炉及多用炉。由于这种设备投资少,结构简单,制造周期短,无气体发生装置,操作容易,维修方便;炉内碳势可以精确的进行控制,产品质量易于保证,所需有机液体来源较广且贮存方便,此外可随时变更热处理工艺。因此这种炉子特别适用于一般中,小工厂以及量少而品种多的场合。
