本文从大学英语教学过程中中国本土文化缺失现象的现状着手,指出了本土文化在英语教学中的重要意义,分析了产生这种问题的原因,并试图找出解决这个问题的一些方法与策略,以期通过在大学英语教学中提高对中国本土文化的重视,从而达到加强学生跨文化交际能力的目的。
This paper starts from the current situation of the lack of native culture in China during the process of college English teaching, points out the importance of indigenous culture in English teaching, analyzes the causes of such problems, and attempts to find some solutions to the problem. With a view to enhancing students’ intercultural communicative competence through improving the emphasis on Chinese native culture in college English teaching.
