生产经营优化是立足现有基础,发挥智力优势,以较少的投入取得较大的经济效益的重要途径;是当前实现双增双节的重要措施;是企业由粗放经营转向集约经营的必由之路。今年七月冶金管理现代化学会在成都召开的生产经营优化学术会议上,交流的47篇学术论文,初步展示了冶金生产经营优化工作的诱人前景。据可以计算经济效益的15篇论文的统计,年增加经济效益2.7亿元,其中由于产品结构优化而增加的效益为2.34亿元。由此可以看出,产品结构优化将是冶金生产经营优化的一条有效途径。
