结节性喉炎又称声带小结,主要原因是长期用声过度或不当,多见于教师及演员,它的形成与声带的特殊解剖结构有关,中医辩证为肺阴不足、痰涎不化所致。治疗主要是声带休息,我科自1989年以来,采用中西医结合治疗,共118例。收到了较好的治疗效果,今介绍如下: 1 临床资料 118例中,男52例,女66例,年龄16～64岁,其中20～40岁82例,占60％以上。学生8例,教师42例,演员8例,干部26例,工人9例,农民8例,个体户17例。主要症状:持续性声音嘶哑62例,间歇性嘶
