目的对巴南区食源性致病菌的污染情况进行监测,了解食品中致病菌污染状况,为食源性疾病的检测、预防、控制提供科学依据。方法依据食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验GB4789-2010和2010年食源性致病菌监测工作手册进行。结果 2010-08巴南区在餐饮食品西瓜汁中分离出1株金黄色葡萄球菌。结论重庆市巴南区餐饮食品西瓜汁中存在致病菌污染。
Objective To monitor the contamination of food-borne pathogens in Banan District, understand the status of pathogen contamination in food and provide a scientific basis for the detection, prevention and control of food-borne diseases. Methods Based on the National Food Safety Standard Microbiological Test GB4789-2010 and 2010 Foodborne Pathogen Monitoring Manual. Results 2010-08 Banan District in the food watermelon juice isolated a Staphylococcus aureus. Conclusion There is pathogens contamination in watermelon juice of Banan District in Chongqing.
