刮板输送机减速器是刮板输送机的主要部件之一,其箱体的前端孔和两侧孔之间的几何位置精度对减速箱的性能、噪音、使用寿命有直接影响,因此,如何稳定提高箱体孔的精度是一个重要的课题。我厂生产的减速器箱体主要尺寸精度要求如图1所示。
Scraper Conveyor Retarder is one of the main parts of scraper conveyor. The geometric position accuracy between the front hole and the two holes on the box has a direct impact on the performance, noise and service life of the gear box. Therefore, how Stable to improve the accuracy of the box hole is an important issue. I plant the main reducer box size accuracy requirements shown in Figure 1.
