基于高斯波束的标量理论,分析了球面和工作模式等相位面的吻合程度对开放式谐振腔谐振频率、固有品质因数、模式间隔以及谐振曲线等性能参数的影响。借助Ansys HFSS对理论分析进行了模拟验证,同时研制并测试了两个球面和工作模式等相位面吻合程度不一样的平凹腔。实验测试结果和理论分析、仿真模拟均相吻合。研究表明:设计球面和工作模式等相位面吻合得越好,电参数理论值和仿真值间的差值越小,固有品质因数越高,杂模对工作模式的干扰越小,谐振曲线越对称,从而提高复介电常数的测试精度和准确度。所得结论对于开放式谐振腔的设计、加工、装配以及介质测试均具有重要的指导意义。
Based on the Gaussian beam scalar theory, the influence of the coincidence degree between the spherical surface and the working mode on the performance parameters such as resonance frequency, inherent quality factor, mode spacing and resonance curve of open resonator is analyzed. The theoretical analysis is validated by Ansys HFSS. At the same time, two flat concave cavities with different degree of coincidence of phase surface such as spherical surface and working mode are developed and tested. Experimental results and theoretical analysis, simulation are consistent. The results show that the better coincidence between the designed spherical surface and the working mode and the smaller the difference between the theoretical value and the simulation value of the electrical parameter, the higher the inherent quality factor, the smaller the interference of the working mode to the stray mode, the more symmetrical the resonance curve , So as to improve the test accuracy and accuracy of complex permittivity. The conclusion is of great importance to the design, processing, assembly and testing of open-ended resonators.
