为推进烟台城乡协调发展,有必要建立城乡一体化监测评价系统。参考省委、省政府关于“统筹城乡发展,加快城乡一体化进程”的精神,我们确定了以城乡一体规划、城乡产业一体发展、城乡一体基础设施体系、城乡一体公共服务、城乡一体社会管理为主要内容的指标体系架构,并运用特征根法进行建模,建立起烟台城乡一体化评价系统。
