在构建和谐社会的大背景之下,怎样处理好警民关系是当下民警必须面对的一个不容忽视的现实问题。纵观公安工作的发展史,公安工作做得好,警民关系和谐,群众满意度高,社会治安就稳定。本文拟从警民关系中“民”与“警”内涵之界定,解析警民关系不和谐之原因,以此构建警民关系和谐之保障机制。
Under the background of building a harmonious society, how to handle the relationship between the police and the people is a real problem that the civilian police must face nowadays. Throughout the history of the development of public security work, public security work has been done well, the relationship between police and civilians has been well established, the satisfaction of the masses has been high, and social order has been stable. This paper intends to define the connotation of “people” and “police” in the relationship between police and civilians, and to analyze the reasons for the disharmony between police and civilians, so as to construct the guarantee mechanism for the harmony between police and civilians.
