目的:对外环境监测标本中发现的1株吉韦沙门菌进行详细的分离鉴定。方法:采集外环境监测标本进行沙门菌分离培养,参照GB4789.4-2010《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验》的方法进行分离检测,并对分离菌株进行API生化反应、血清学试验、噬菌体裂解试验。结果:从1份甲鱼涂抹标本中检出1株鞭毛抗原减弱的沙门菌,经API生化反应、位相诱导后血清凝集试验及噬菌体裂解试验,此菌株为吉韦沙门菌。结论:沙门菌的鞭毛结构易受损或缺陷,检测中可使用位相诱导试验,达到正确的分型目的。
OBJECTIVE: To isolate and identify a strain of Shigella spp. From external environmental monitoring samples. Methods: The samples of environmental monitoring were collected for isolation and culture of Salmonella. According to the GB4789.4-2010 “National Food Safety Standard Microbiological Examination”, the isolates were tested for API biochemistry, serological tests, phage lysis test. Results: One Salmonella attenuated by flagellar antigen was detected from one Turtle smear. The API was biochemical reaction, phase-induced serum agglutination test and phage lysis test. Conclusion: The structure of flagella of Salmonella is easily damaged or defective. Phase induction test can be used in the detection to achieve the correct typing.
