以酿酒葡萄“赤霞珠”为试材,采用不同覆盖方法,研究了葡萄越冬期间枝蔓、根系附近土壤温度及含水量的变化及对翌年葡萄生长特性和果实品质的影响。结果表明:越冬期温度最低时,化纤毯加覆土与聚苯乙烯保温被处理,枝蔓附近土壤温度较覆土处理分别提高了3、0.8℃,根系20cm附近土壤温度较覆土处理分别提高了1.9、1.4℃;化纤毯加覆土处理枝蔓附近土壤含水量较覆土处理提高了1.7%;化纤毯加覆土与聚苯乙烯保温被处理,根系20cm附近土壤含水量较覆土处理分别提高了3.5%、1.5%;化纤毯加覆土覆盖处理“赤霞珠”葡萄翌年萌芽率最高,单果质量最大,为1.35g,可溶性糖含量为21.33%,总酸含量为8.09%。说明化纤毯加覆土覆盖对“赤霞珠”葡萄越冬防寒效果最好。
Taking wine grape “Cabernet Sauvignon” as test material, the changes of soil temperature and water content in the branch vine and the root system during the wintering period of grape and the effects on grape growth characteristics and fruit quality in the following year were studied by different covering methods. The results showed that when the winter temperature was the lowest, the chemical fiber blanket plus soil covering and polystyrene insulation were treated, the soil temperature near the branch vine was increased by 3 and 0.8 ℃ respectively, and the soil temperature near the root 20 cm was increased by 1.9 and 1.4 ℃. The soil water content around the chemical fiber blanket plus soil cover increased by 1.7% compared with the soil cover treatment. The chemical fiber blanket plus soil cover and the polystyrene insulation were treated. The soil moisture content around the root 20 cm was 3.5% and 1.5% higher than the soil cover treatment respectively. Chemical fiber blanket plus soil cover treatment “Cabernet Sauvignon ” grapes the highest germination rate the next year, the largest single fruit mass was 1.35g, soluble sugar content of 21.33%, total acid content of 8.09%. Description of chemical fiber blanket plus soil cover on the “Cabernet Sauvignon” grape overwinter cold effect best.
