调整和优化财政支出结构是当今理论界十分关注的一个热点问题 ,也是目前和今后一个时期财政改革和发展面临的一项重要任务。本文拟从理论、实践、政策的结合上 ,就调整和优化财政支出结构的若干问题进行探讨和分析。
Adjusting and optimizing the structure of fiscal expenditure is a hot issue that theorists pay much attention to now, and it is also an important task facing the fiscal reform and development in the current and future period. This article intends to discuss and analyze some problems of adjusting and optimizing the structure of fiscal expenditure from the combination of theory, practice and policy.
