基本建设项目在施工过程中,任务完成量与时间的消耗,都近似地符合S型增长曲线的变化规律。在国内,我们第一次应用于水利水电建设的施工管理中,取得了满意的效果。
During the construction process of a capital construction project, the completion of tasks and the consumption of time are all in line with the changing law of the S-shaped growth curve. In China, we first applied to the construction management of water conservancy and hydropower construction and achieved satisfactory results.
