“企业是IT人才的最终用户,如果高校能根据企业和市场的需求不断调整、改进人才培养模式,就可以缩短学生进入企业后的磨合期。”微软亚洲研究院亚太高校及商务总经理陈宏刚博士说,他们一直在跟踪中国的IT人才培养,希望能从企业的角度给高校提一些建议,以便培养出更国际化、更符合市场需求的人才。微软到底怎样评价人才,记者近日专访了陈宏刚博士。
