溪边公路站整体工程建造从1986年5月动工,于1987年6月竣工,总投资12万元。分五部份施工:电控系统;油池、油锅部份;乳化沥青生产线;拌和机生产线;破碎系统。电控系统包括变压器、配电盘、自动控制柜三个主体。变压器选用一台100KVA和一台30KVA两台不同容量的变压器,在不同季节轮换使用;配电盘是供电的总枢纽,制作时至少要考虑8路电源的接线,适应设备用电的需要,自动控制柜为1~#柜和2~#分别对35吨油池的电热管,最高最低液面以及导流槽自动控制和对3吨油锅的电热管,电动阀门,最高最低液面以及油温自动控制。油池、油锅部分是生产设施建造的主体。油池顶面装铺21.6米~25毫米平板玻璃,
