目的探讨CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞(Treg)及肠源性内毒素(ET)在重症急性胰腺炎中的作用。方法 60只SD大鼠随机分成假手术组(SO)和SAP组,成功造模后3、6、12h取大鼠胰腺行病理学检查;流式细胞术检测外周血Treg水平;鲎试剂法测血浆内毒素水平。结果 SAP组胰腺病理学评分随病程进展升高,血浆ET,外周血Treg水平逐渐明显升高(P<0.05)。结论 Treg和ET在重症急性胰腺炎发生发展中可能发挥重要作用。
Objective To investigate the role of CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cells (Tregs) and intestinal endotoxin (ET) in severe acute pancreatitis. Methods Sixty Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups: sham operation group (SO) and SAP group. Pathological examination was performed at 3, 6 and 12 h after successful model establishment. Flow cytometry was used to detect Treg level in peripheral blood. Plasma endotoxin levels. Results The pathological score of pancreatic tissue in SAP group increased with the course of disease, and the level of Treg in plasma ET and peripheral blood increased gradually (P <0.05). Conclusion Treg and ET may play an important role in the development of severe acute pancreatitis.
