有效教学,就是教学要有效益,即是指学生不但要学到科学文化知识,而且要具备较高的思想品德修养以及受益终身的学习方法、学习兴趣和良好的学习习惯。进行有效教学,教师要苦练内功,做学者型教师;实现有效教学,需要巧组织、细安排;教学反思是实现有效教学的必备环节;创设良好的教学情境,促进学生有效学习。
Effective teaching is teaching to be effective, that is, students not only have to learn scientific and cultural knowledge, but also have a higher ideological and moral cultivation and to benefit lifelong learning methods, learning interests and good study habits. To carry out effective teaching, teachers should practice hard skills and become scholar-teachers. To achieve effective teaching, students need to be organized and arranged in a fine manner. Teaching reflection is an essential part of effective teaching. A good teaching situation should be created to promote students’ effective learning.
