本文借助于SAP5结构计算程序,编制了T型管结点网格自动生成程序,并取不同管径比β进行了有限元计算.求得了应力集中系数沿交贯线的分布。通过Fourier分析,对展开式取不同阶的三角多项式进行误差比较,最后采用数据回归技术,导出了工程上实用的,既方便又有一定精度的以β为变量的参数方程. 将有关的参数方程同本文的分布函数相结合,可以计算任意几何参数的管结点。在处理组合荷重作用下的交贯线上疲劳应力计算问题时,应用本文给出的二项三角函数表达式,必将比现行的处理办法,在计算精度上得到明显的改善。
In this paper, with the aid of the SAP5 structure calculation program, the automatic generation procedure of the T-junction node mesh was programmed, and the finite element calculation was carried out for different pipe diameter ratio β. The distribution of the stress concentration coefficient along the intersection line was obtained. Through Fourier analysis, error comparisons are made for different orders of triangular polynomials in the expansion formula. Finally, data regression techniques are used to derive a parameter equation that is practical and convenient and has certain accuracy with β as a variable. Related parameter equations In combination with the distribution function of this paper, it is possible to calculate the tube point of any geometric parameter. When dealing with the calculation of the fatigue stress on the intersection line under the action of combined load, the application of the binomial trigonometric expression given in this paper will definitely improve the accuracy of calculation compared with the current treatment methods.
