目的了解槐白皮水提物对上呼吸道菌群有抑制作用,为临床应用提供依据。方法选取健康体重(250±20)g wistar大鼠45只,♀♂兼用,分为生理盐水组、庆大霉素组和70%槐白皮水提物组,每组15只,分别接受3种药物滴鼻吸入,然后处死取鼻腔和气管粘膜上的细菌进行体外培养,评价槐白皮对上呼吸道细菌的影响。结果庆大霉素组和70%槐白皮水提物组与生理盐水组菌落数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.05),而庆大霉素组与70%槐白皮水提物组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 70%槐白皮水提物对大鼠上呼吸道细菌有抑制作用。
Objective To understand the water extract of Sophora alba on the respiratory flora inhibition, provide the basis for clinical application. Methods Forty-five healthy Wistar rats (250 ± 20 g) were randomly divided into normal saline group, gentamicin group and 70% aqueous extract of Sophora japonica, 15 rats in each group, receiving 3 Inhaled nasal drops of drugs, and then sacrificed on the nasal cavity and tracheal mucosa of bacteria in vitro culture, evaluation of Huai Baipi on the upper respiratory tract bacteria.
