政政科高考为加强对学生能力的考察,不论选择题还是非选择题都大量使用了材料题,大大增加了考试中的阅读量,有的文字材料晦涩难懂(如92年第39题),有的仅一题文字材料就近千字(如94年第40题).很多同学因为阅读速度慢,理解题意出现偏差而失分落第.因此引导和帮助同学们提高阅读能力,掌握读题技巧.对于提高高考成绩,具有十分重大的意义.笔者认为,加快阅读速度,提高阅读质量,要做到以下几点:1.“三到”.读题时要全身心地投入,调动各个器官的积极性,做到口到、眼到、心到.在这“三到”中,“心到”是至关重要.2.精泛结合.题目至少要读二至三遍,首先要泛读,即粗略地读一遍,大体上了解全题意思,为精读打个基础,然后进行精读,即对题目逐字逐句地读,以弄清题目的确切内涵和要求.对于材料较多的论述题最好要象语文中概括段意那样,将各个材料所反映的政治、经济现象归纳概括,然后列个提纲,以便揭示各材料之间的内在联系,同时也可为回答题目作好准备.

The topic must be read at least two to three times. First, it must be read extensively. That is to say, to read roughly, to basically understand the meaning of the whole topic, to lay a foundation for intensive reading, and then to perform intensive reading, that is, to read the word verbatim, in order to clarify the exact connotation and requirements of the topic. It is better to have more essay questions for materials. As reflected in paragraphs in the language, it is reflected in each material. Political, economic phenomenon generalize, then as outlines, in order to reveal the intrinsic link between the material, but also to prepare for answering questions.
