文章报道了25℃时,用叔胺和DEHPA分别萃取钼和钨,及用DEHPA分离硫酸溶液中钼-钨的平衡数据。有机相的体积比为10%萃取剂-2%乙基己醇-煤油,其中萃取剂溶解于煤油中,乙基己醇作相调节剂。萃取数据是在钼的初始浓度为1~10g/l和钨的初始浓度5~10g/l,改变pH值、相比(O/A)和钨钼比的条件下得到的。叔胺在pH°=1~2时萃取钼和在pH°=3时萃取钨都有很高的萃取率,而DEHPA只在pH°=3时选择性地萃取钼。在pH°=3和O/A=1/2条件下,钨钼有最佳的分离效果。
The article reports the extraction of molybdenum and tungsten with tertiary amines and DEHPA at 25 ° C and the equilibrium data of molybdenum-tungsten in sulfuric acid solutions by DEHPA. Under the conditions of pH ° = 3 and O / A = 1/2, tungsten and molybdenum have the best separation effect.
