浦东新区实施综合配套改革试点2年多来,着力于产业结构的优化升级,在不断推进国企集团改革,大力培育和扶持国有企业成长壮大,构筑具有国际竞争力的现代企业集团方面,取得了初步成果。但如何进一步借力浦东综合配套改革试点契机,加快浦东国企集团改革,推进国有企业持续快速发展,这是一个值得探讨和研究的课题。本文就浦东新区陆家嘴、金轿、外高桥、张江和浦发集团发展现状进行研究,提出具体对策和建议。
Over the past two years or so, Pudong New Area has been focusing on the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure for more than two years and has achieved initial success in continuously promoting the reform of state-owned enterprises, vigorously nurturing and supporting the growth and expansion of state-owned enterprises and building modern enterprise groups with international competitiveness. Results. However, it is worth discussing and studying how to further leveraging the Pudong comprehensive supporting reform pilot opportunity, speeding up the reform of state-owned enterprises in Pudong and promoting the sustained and rapid development of state-owned enterprises. This paper studies the current situation of Lujiazui, Jinjiao, Waigaoqiao, Zhangjiang and Pudong Development Group in Pudong New Area, and puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions.
