目的探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术 (L aser in situ keratom ileusis,L ASIK)治疗高、中、低度近视的可预测性、稳定性及安全性。方法利用 SCMD公司生产的微型角膜刀及 Com pak- 2 0 0型准分子激光机对 2 93例 5 6 5眼近视行矫治手术 ,根据屈光度进行分组 , 组 :- 1.5 0~ - 5 .75 D12 0眼 ; 组 :- 6 .0 0~ - 9.75 D2 30眼 ; 组 :- 10 .0 0~- 14.75 D 148眼 ; 组 :- 15 .0 0~ - 2 6 .0 0 D 6 7眼 ;术后随访 6 m o以上。结果术后 6 mo时各组裸眼视力分别为 :1.15± 0 .2 0、0 .92± 0 .2 2、0 .6 9± 0 .2 4、0 .44± 0 .2 2 ;其中≥ 1.0者分别为 91.7%、5 6 .7%、18.0 %、0 % ;≥ 0 .5者分别为 10 0 %、94.6 %、85 .8%、47.7% ,基本达到术前矫正视力 ;术后各组屈光度稳定 ,6 mo时分别为 - 0 .14D± 0 .6 1D、- 0 .43D±1.2 0 D、- 0 .5 7D± 1.47D、- 1.79D± 2 .5 7D,无严重并发症发生。结论 L ASIK对矫治近视是有效且安全的 ,但应注意其潜在并发症。
Objective To investigate the predictability, stability and safety of laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) in the treatment of high, medium and low myopia. Methods Two hundred and seventy-five eyes of 565 myopia patients underwent surgical correction using a miniature corneal knife and a Com pak-2000 excimer laser manufactured by SCMD Corporation. The patients were divided into groups according to diopter. Group: - 1.5 0 ~ -5.575 D12 0 eyes; Group: - 6 .0 0 ~ 9.75 D2 30 eyes; Group: - 10 .0 0 - - 14.75 D 148 eyes; Group: - 15 .0 0 - - 2 6 .0 0 D 6 7 eyes; After follow-up more than 6 months. Results At 6 months after operation, the uncorrected visual acuities in each group were 1.15 ± 0.220, 0.92 ± 0.2, 2.06.9 ± 0.2 4, 0.44 ± 0.2 2, respectively; 1.0 were 91.7%, 56.7%, 18.0%, 0%; ≥ 0.5 were 10%, 94.6%, 85.8%, 47.7%, respectively, basically reached the preoperative correction of visual acuity; postoperative The refraction of each group was stable at 6 months, respectively - 0.14D ± 0 .6 1D, -0.43D ± 1.2 0D, -0.57D ± 1.47D, - 1.79D ± 2.57D, without serious complications Disease occurs. Conclusion L ASIK is effective and safe in the treatment of myopia, but its potential complications should be noticed.
