[目的]探讨四川阿坝大骨节病病区粮食和低蛋白低硒对大鼠干骺端发育的影响以及尝试得到大骨节病病因研究的启示。[方法]24只Wistar大鼠随机分为三组,A组:普通饲料组;B组:低蛋白低硒饲料组;C组:四川阿坝大骨节病病区粮食饲料组。于第4周取材,取左膝关节为标本。行冠状面切片HE染色。对干骺端行骨组织计量学观察,观察指标有平均骨小梁数量(MTPD),平均骨小梁厚度(MTPT),平均骨小梁间距(MTPS),平均初级骨小梁厚度(MPTPT)。[结果]C组大鼠干骺端骨小梁稀疏,短小,排列紊乱,初级骨小梁厚度明显减少。B组大鼠干骺端骨小梁也出现稀疏,短小,排列紊乱,初级骨小梁厚度减少的现象但不如C组大鼠明显。[结论]低蛋白低硒饲料和大骨节病区粮食喂养组大鼠干骺端发育均有异常,但低蛋白低硒饲料喂养组无大骨节病区粮食喂养组重。这些异常是否为大骨节早期组织学改变以及与大骨节病发生发展的关系有待进一步研究。
[Objective] To investigate the effect of food and low protein and low selenium in KBD disease area of Aba on the development of metaphysis in rats and the enlightenment of trying to get the cause of KBD. [Method] Twenty-four Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups, Group A: normal feed group; Group B: low protein and low selenium feed group; Group C: Sichuan foodstuff group. Draw in the fourth week, take the left knee for the specimen. Coronal section HE staining. The metaphyseal bone histomorphometry was observed. The observed indexes included average number of trabecular (MTPD), average trabecular thickness (MTPT), average trabecular spacing (MTPS), mean primary trabecular thickness (MPTPT) . [Result] The trabecular bone in the metaphysis of group C was sparse, short and disordered, and the thickness of primary trabecula decreased significantly. The trabecular bone of metaphyseal bone in group B also appeared sparse, short, disordered arrangement, the decrease of primary trabecular thickness was not as obvious as group C. [Conclusion] There was abnormal metaphyseal development in low protein and low selenium diet group and food-fed group in Kashin-Beck disease area, but there was no significant difference in food-feeding group in KBD-fed group. Whether these abnormalities are the histological changes of early Kashin-Beck and the relationship with Kashin-Beck disease remains to be further studied.
